SERVINGS PER RECIPE

1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 heads romaine lettuce
1 pint cherry tomatoes (diced)
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can black beans (drained)
2 tbsp taco seasoning
In a pan over medium heat, add and chop up ground beef and cook until brown or compltely cooked through.
Add and mix in taco seasoning and tomato paste.
Continue to cook for another few minutes and remove from heat once done.
In a bowl, add all ingredients and top with cheese.
Evenly divide recipe into 8 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
