  • 1 medium bell pepper (diced)

  • 1/2 packet dry ranch mix

  • 1 4 oz can green chiles (diced)

  • 1 15 oz can tomatoes (diced)

  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 2 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 15 oz can corn (drained)

  • 1 6 oz small can tomato paste

  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)

  • 1 large onion (diced)

  • 1 15 oz can chili beans

  1. In a skillet on medium heat, cook the ground beef until slightly brown.

  2. In a slow-cooker, add and mix in 1 cup water, taco seasoning, and ranch seasonings.

  3. Add and mix in the ground beef to the slow-cooker.

  4. Add and mix in all remaining ingredients.

  5. Add around 2-4 more cups of water depending on your preference.

  6. Cook on high for around 4 hours or until soup has your desired consistency

  7. Evenly divide soup into 8 servings. Let cool and eat immediately or pack up 1 serving to come close to the given macros.
