1 medium bell pepper (diced)
1/2 packet dry ranch mix
1 4 oz can green chiles (diced)
1 15 oz can tomatoes (diced)
1 packet taco seasoning
2 lb lean ground beef
1 15 oz can corn (drained)
1 6 oz small can tomato paste
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 large onion (diced)
1 15 oz can chili beans
In a skillet on medium heat, cook the ground beef until slightly brown.
In a slow-cooker, add and mix in 1 cup water, taco seasoning, and ranch seasonings.
Add and mix in the ground beef to the slow-cooker.
Add and mix in all remaining ingredients.
Add around 2-4 more cups of water depending on your preference.
Cook on high for around 4 hours or until soup has your desired consistency
Evenly divide soup into 8 servings. Let cool and eat immediately or pack up 1 serving to come close to the given macros.
