1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 zucchini (diced)
1 yellow squash (diced)
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 bell pepper (diced)
1 sweet onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tbsp of avocado oil or any cooking oil.
Add onions and garlic and cook until soft.
Add and mix the ground turkey, red pepper flakes, oregano, and thyme.
Cook for around 5-10 minutes or until turkey is not pink.
Add and mix in the zucchini and squash.
Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until squash is soft.
Add and mix in the red pepper.
Cook for an additional 2-5 minutes.
Evenly divide the mixture into 4 servings.
In the same skillet, crack 4 eggs and for around 2-5 minutes or until whites are set.
Add 1 finished egg on top of each serving to come as close as possible to the given macros.
