  • 1/2 scoop level-1 vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce

  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla

Icing Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fat-free evaporated milk

  • 1/2 scoop level-1 vanilla protein powder

  1. In a bowl, mix all cake ingredients.

  2. In a mug, spray the edges with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Microwave the cake for 15 second increments while stirring in between each increment until cooked through and not overcooked.

  4. Once the cake is finished, mix your icing ingredients in a small bowl and top the cake with icing.

  5. Eating 1 mug cake will come as close as possible to the given macros.
