  • 1 1/4 scoop level-1 vanilla ice cream protein powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup birch benders paleo pancake mix

  1. In a bowl, add and mix all ingredients.

  2. Preheat waffle maker with a non-stick coating. 

  3. Add batter to iron and distribute evenly.

  4. Cook for around 3-5 minutes or until your desired consistency.

  5. Eating one waffle will come as close as possible to the given macros. Number of waffles will vary based on waffle maker size.
