1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup onion (diced)
1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
3/4 cup cooked ham (diced)
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In a bowl, add and mix together eggs, almond milk, ham, cheese, onion, and bell peppers.
In a small, square baking dish, pour in egg mixture.
Bake for around 30-50 minutes or until eggs are completely cooked through but be careful not to burn and check on frequently.
Once done, evenly divide casserole into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
