  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb raw shrimp

  • 2 large zucchini

  1. Start by spiralizing the zucchini.

  2. Once spiralized, place zucchini in a pan with oil and cook for around 5-7 minutes.

  3. Once done, set aside.

  4. Mixing 1 tbsp oil and 1 clove of garlic in a bowl.

  5. Place shrimp in bowl and let mixture soak into shrimp.

  6. In a pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil.

  7. Add shrimp in pan and cook for around 3 minutes per side.

  8. Once done, place aside.

  9. Add the remaining garlic, lemon zest, and chicken broth to pan.

  10. Cook for around 2-5 minutes.

  11. Add butter and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes or until sauce starts to thicken.

  12. Add shrimp back into pan and cook for another 3 minutes each side while mixing sauce onto shrimp.

  13. Add zucchini into shrimp mixture and mix well.

  14. Evenly divide recipe into 4 servings to come as close as possible to the given macros.
